Woman Pleads Guilty in Romance Scam, Sells House to Pay Back $70,000 She Stole
Daisy Zielonka (58) pled guilty to 17 counts of aggravated deception after stealing $70,000 from a 60-year-old man between Nov 2015 and April 2016. She ended up selling the house she owned to pay back the restitution in the case. Zielonka's lawyer is asking for leniency in her sentencing, home detention instead of prison.
